Van De Graaff

When you touch the sphere, the hair on your forearm and head stand on end. Your hands that are in contact with the sphere bridge the flow of the positive charges to your body including your hair. Your hair stands on end because each strand of hair has positive charges that repel each other.

Plasma Sphere

When you touch the surface or the sphere or even just hold your fingers very close to the surface, the streaks move towards your fingers. When you move your fingers over the surface, the streaks move and follow your fingers.

Tesla Coil

Wonder how the lightning arcs are formed. The Tesla coil is one of Nikola Tesla's most famous inventions. It is essentially a high-frequency air-core transformer. It takes a 220v AC power supply to several kilovolt transformer & driver circuit and steps it up to an extremely high voltage.

Hand Battery

Place your hands on any two metal plates. Press the plates harder. Try different combinations of plates. When you touch the copper and aluminum plates, the sweat on your hands is like the acid in a battery, reacting with the two metal plates. In one of these reactions, your hand takes negatively charged electrons away from the copper plate, leaving positive charges behind.

Steady Hand Game

The goal of the game is to pass the loop through the bends of the wire shape from one end to the other end. To win the game, the loop should not touch the wire. While passing the loop through the bends of the wire shape and you do not hear anything, it means that so far you are doing okay. When you reach the end of the wire shape and nothing sounds off, it means you have won the game! You will know that you lose when you hear the buzzer.
